UFO Moviez India board to consider interim dividend

UFO Moviez India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2016, to consider and declare interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16. Pursuant to the Company’s Code of conduct to prevent, regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company from March 04, 2016 to March 13, 2016.
