mGage India informs about change in financial year

mGage India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 01, 2016, approved change in the financial year of the Company to commence from 1st April of every year and to end on 31st March of the following year. Consequently, as a transitionary arrangement the present financial year 2015 of the Company is being extended by three months to close at March 31, 2016. Accordingly, the financial statements for the year 2016 will be for a period of 15 months commencing from January 01, 2015 and ending March 31, 2016.
