SRG Housing Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2016, have considered and approved the reappointment of Deepak Vijaywargey and Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the secretarial audit of Financial Year 2015-16, and reappointed Ketan & Company, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor of the company for the Internal Audit of F.Y. 2016-17.
