With reference to the earlier disclosure made on January 13, 2016 and update thereon disclosed on February 09, 2016, JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has now informed that the Company has filed the review petition before the National Green Tribunal, Pune and the direction regarding the closure of bulk drugs plant of the Company has been stayed up to March 08, 2016.
