AIA Engineering has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, to consider the declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16. The said Interim Dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before March 30, 2016. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from the date of this notice to March 12, 2016.
