MM Forgings informs about closure of trading window

MM Forgings has informed that all the ‘specified persons’ that Trading Window shall remain closed from March 08, 2016 to March 18, 2016 for the purpose of declaration of interim dividend on or before March 11, 2016. Thus, ‘specified persons’ are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period.
