Merck has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 26, 2016 to April 28, 2016 (Revised) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 28, 2016, instead of April 26, 2016 as mentioned earlier.
