Grand Foundry informs about board meeting

Grand Foundry has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2016, to allot the 1,500,000 equity shares to the promoters of the company of Rs 4 each subject to the various approvals required in accordance with the BIFR order dated September 07, 2015; to approve and adopt unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015; to consider the amalgamation of Grand Bright Bars Limited with Grand Foundry; and to discuss and comply with BIFR order.
