National Aluminium Company board to consider interim dividend

National Aluminium Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2016, to consider declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16. Further, all the shares received for transfer have been dispatched after transfer within the prescribed time limit under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. They also undertake that the shares pending for transfer will be transferred and despatched within the prescribed time limit.
