Insecticides (India) board to consider interim dividend

Insecticides (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2016, to consider, the declaration of Interim Dividend and fix the record date for said purpose and discussion on other items as per agenda of the meeting. Further, the trading window shall remain closed from March 09, 2016 to expired 48 hours from intimation to public for above said purposes.
