Himatsingka Seide board to consider interim dividend

Himatsingka Seide has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2016, to consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2015-16. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from March 08, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till March 13, 2016.
