AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 450,250 equity shares of Rs 2 each on March 08, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up shore capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 4,762,506,042 (2,381,253,021 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 4,763,406,542 (2,381,703,271 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
