Ramco Systems has informed that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on March 16, 2012 has approved an allotment of 2,159 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the company under the employee stock option scheme, 2008. Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,514,584 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 15,516,743 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
