Golden Goenka Fincorp acquires additional 50% stake in Goodpoint Conclave, Linkwise Promoters
Date: 09-03-2016Golden Goenka Fincorp has acquired additional 50% equity stake in Goodpoint Conclave and Linkwise Promoters. Consequent to the said acquisition, both the aforesaid companies have become wholly owned Subsidiaries of Golden Goenka Fincorp.
Golden Goenka Fincorp is in the business of share investment, assets financing, investment banking, equipment lease and finance and bill discounting for reputed companies.
