HB Leasing & Finance Company has informed that Swati Vaish has ceased to be Company Secretary (also designated as Compliance Officer) of the Company upon her resignation with effect from March 05, 2016. The Company is in process of appointing new person in place of the outgoing official and intimation of new official would be given on appointment.
