The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1.00 p.m. and concluded at 1.30 p.m. Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or after March 24, 2016 through Electronic Clearing System (ECS) or by dividend warrants, as applicable.
