Trent has acquired 6.91% stake in Fiora Services, subsidiary company, from Tata Investment Corporation, for Rs 1.89 crore, in addition to its existing holding of 89.88%. Consequently, the company holds 96.79% stake in share capital of Fiora Services.

Fiora Services is engaged in providing business support services relating to accounting, merchandising, human resources, payroll etc.

Trent is part of the Tata Group and is engaged in business of retailing. Trent acquired 76% stake in Landmark, one of the largest books and music retail chains in the India.
