Aarti Drugs board to consider third interim dividend

Aarti Drugs has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2016, to consider declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16, if any. In accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and designated employees of the Company from March 10, 2016 to March 18, 2016.
