Date: 07-12-2011Omkar Realtors & Developers has awarded construction contracts worth Rs 579 crore to L&T for three of its slum rehabilitation projects in the city. The three projects are located at Worli, Malad and Parel with the cost of construction being Rs 137 crore, Rs 268 crore and Rs 174 crore respectively.
