Mold-Tek Technologies board declares interim dividend

Mold-Tek Technologies has informed that the Mold-Tek Group has entered into 30th year of operations. In celebrations of the same, Board of Directors has decided to pay additional dividend to its shareholders. Further, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on March 10, 2016, have declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16, at 30% (inclusive of 10% onetime - 30th year additional dividend) i.e. Rs 0.60 ps per equity share on face value of Rs 2. The Interim Dividend declared shall be paid on or from March 22, 2016 to April 09, 2016.
