Ras Resorts & Apart Hotels has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2016 for declaration of Interim Dividend. Pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities would be closed from March 10, 2016 till closure of Company’s business hours on April 04, 2016.
