GPT Infraprojects board declares second interim dividend

GPT Infraprojects has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2016, have declared 2nd Interim Dividend at the rate of 10% (Re 1.00 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs 10 face value) of the Company, for the financial year ending March 31, 2016. The Company is expecting to pay the interim dividend to the shareholders on or before April 10, 2016.
