Swelect Energy Systems to invest up to Rs 10 crore in HHV Solar Technologies

Swelect Energy Systems has received an approval to invest up to Rs 10 crore in the share capital of the wholly owned subsidiary company ‘HHV Solar Technologies’. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 14, 2016 has approved for the same.

The board has also approved the proposal to transfer the 12 MW Solar Photovoltaic plant located at Monjanur Village, Aravakurichi Taluk in Karur District to one of the wholly owned subsidiary company Swelect Green Energy Solutions.
