Supreme Industries board declares second interim dividend

Supreme Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2016, has declared the 2nd Interim Dividend at 250% i.e. Rs 5 per Share on 127,026,870 Nos. of Equity Shares of Rs 2 each (F.V.) for the Financial Year 2015-2016. The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders on or before March 31, 2016. The aforesaid Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m. (IST) and concluded at 11.00 a.m. (IST).
