Adani Enterprises has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2016, has considered and declared Interim Dividend of Re 0.40 per Equity Share (i.e. 40%) of Re 1 each of the Company for the financial year 2015-16. The Interim Dividend shall be payable on and from March 28, 2016 and will be paid within the timelines stipulated under the Companies Act, 2013. The meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.50 a.m.
