Action Construction Equipment board declares interim dividend

Action Construction Equipment has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2016, has decided to pay interim dividend at Rs 0.20  per share on 9,89,40.000 no. of Equity Shares of the Company of Rs 2 each fully paid to the Equity shareholders of the Company for Financial Year 2015-16.
