HEG has submitted a copy of the general notice to the members of the Company published on March 15, 2016 in newspapers in connection with Application being made to the Central Government, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for its approval for payment of remuneration to Ravi Jhunjhunwala, Chairman, Managing Director & CEO of the Company, pursuant to Section 196, 197, 200, 201 and 203 read with Schedule V and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules there under.
