ITC informs about allotment of shares

ITC has informed that the Company on March 15, 2016 issued and allotted 6,497,720 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 649,772 Options by Optiones under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from March 15, 2016, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 8,047,206,991 divided into 8,047,206,991 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each.
