Arihant Superstructures launches affordable housing project in Navi Mumbai

Arihant Superstructures (ASL), a real estate company with dominant presence in the affordable housing segment, has launched ‘Arihant Clan Aalishan’, a new project in Kharghar Annexe, Navi Mumbai. The land is owned by CLAN and development is done by Arihant Superstructures, through its subsidiary. The project opens up for launch on the March 18, and the launch base rate is Rs 6,888 per square feet for the 50 floors towers and Rs 6,666 per square feet for the 30 floors tower. 

Arihant Clan Aalishan has been inspired by Persian architecture and will have 3 towers of 50 floors each and one tower of 30 floors. The towers titled Baraz, Kaveh and Zeenat will have various options available including studio, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences.

The project’s location is another unique selling proposition as it is located close Central Park, Kharghar Valley Golf Course, upcoming Metro station, Navi Mumbai Corporate Park (BKC 2) and also ISKCON temple in the vicinity.
