IRB receives certificate of registration for its Infrastructure Investment Trust

IRB Infrastructure Developers has granted by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) the certificate of registration in terms of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (Regulations) to IRB InvIT Fund to which the company is a Sponsor, to carry out the activities as an InvIT subject to the conditions specified in the SEBI Act, 1992 and the Regulations made there under.

IRB Infrastructure Developers is an Indian highway construction company. It undertakes development of various infrastructure projects in the road sector through several Special Purpose Vehicles.
