BF Utilities informs about acquisition of shareholding in Avichal Resources

BF Utilities has informed that the Company has acquired 100% shareholding in Avichal Resources (Avichal). With this acquisition, Avichal has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Avichal is the owner of land required for the Company’s existing Wind Farm located at Dist- Satara. With the acquisition of Avichal, the Company has strengthened these Wind Farm assets.
