Sasken Communication Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2016, has declared payment of Interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of Rs 10 each (40%); and special dividend of Rs 25 per equity share of Rs 10 each (250%). The dividend will be disbursed on and from March 31, 2016.
