HBL Power Systems has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2016, to consider a proposal of merger of Beaver Engineering and Holdings private Limited with HBL Power Systems Limited and related matters. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs / Designated Employees / Connected Persons from March 21, 2016 to March 25, 2016 in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
