Jaihind Synthetics has informed that meeting of the Independent directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 22, 2016, to review the performance of non-independent directors and the Board as a whole; to review the performance of the Chairperson of the Company; and to assess the quality, quantity and timelines of flow of information between the Company management and the Board and any other matter as may be decided in the Board.
