Goa Carbon temporarily shuts down operations at Bilaspur plant

Goa Carbon has temporarily shut down the operations at the company’s Bilaspur Plant located at 34-40, Sector B, Sirgitti Industrial Area, Bilaspur (Chattisgarh) from March 18, on account of the inventory of finished material. There would not be any financial impact due to the temporary shutdown of the said plant.

Goa Carbon is into the business of manufacturing and marketing Calcined Petroleum Coke. Goa Carbon is firmly established as a leading Indian petcoke calciner. It is a regular supplier to aluminium smelters, graphite electrode and Titanium Dioxide manufacturers, as well as other users in the metallurgical and chemical industries.
