Marksans Pharma has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on March 21, 2016, has appointed Dr. Vinay Gopal Nayak as an Additional Director of the Company; Dr. Balwant Shankarrao Desai has resigned as COO and Whole-time Director of the Company effective from March 21, 2016; and appointed Dr. Vinay Gopal Nayak as a Whole-time Director (designated as Executive Director) of the Company for a period of three years with effect from March 21, 2016. In this regards, the Company has submitted a copy of brief on the professional background of Dr. Vinay Gopal Nayak.
