Associated Stone Industries Kotah has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2016, to approve the changes in the Key Managerial personnel. Further, as per Company’s code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed from March 22, 2016 to April 02, 2016 for the directors /officers /designated employees of the Company, who have already been informed of the same.
