Borosil Glass Works invests Rs 22 crore in its subsidiary
Date: 22-03-2016Borosil Glass Works has made an investment of Rs 22 crore by way of subscription in 6% Optionally Convertible Non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares in Hopewell Tableware, its unlisted wholly owned subsidiary.
Borosil Glass Works is the market leader for laboratory glassware and microwavable kitchenware in India.
