Idea Cellular informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOS

Idea Cellular has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has vide its circular resolution dated March 21, 2016 allotted 47,287 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). Further, the Company has note that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,509,378 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 36,005,093,780.
