Clarification sought from Gammon India

The Exchange has sought clarification from Gammon India with reference to news flashed on CNBC TV18 & Moneycontrol on March 23, 2016- ‘Strategic investor to acquire 75% stake in Gammon EPC subsidary and Gammon India has debt of 13000 cr and Sale of Gammon India EPC business in final stage.’
