Hindustan Zinc board to consider second interim dividend

Hindustan Zinc has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 30, 2016, to consider and declare second Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16. Pursuant to the above, as per Company’s insider trading prohibition policy 2015, Company had closed the trading window for the insiders covered under the policy with effect from March 23, 2016 and the same would remain closed up to April 01, 2016.
