Shyam Telecom informs about winding-up of subsidiary

Shyam Telecom has informed that a foreign subsidiary of the Company i.e. Shyam Telecom Inc incorporated under the laws of State of Delaware has been dissolved due to is non viability, regular losses and lack of orders in US markets. The dissolution has been made effective from December 22, 2015. Further the dissolution certificate was received by the Company on March 14, 2016 but the intimation is being made after verifying the authenticity of the certificate.
