Pricol enters into slump sale agreement with Pricol Pune

Pricol has entered into slump sale agreement with its wholly owned subsidiary - Pricol Pune on March 18, 2012 for transfer of the business, assets and liabilities related to instrument cluster business of Plant V of the company located at Survey No 1065 & 1066, Pirangut (Village), Mulshi (Taluk), Pune - 412108 on slump sale basis to Pricol Pune.

Pricol is engaged in the manufacture and export of a complete range of automotive components starting from instrument clusters, dashboard meters, fuel sensors, oil pressure switches, speedometer drive cables, fuel cut off valve, filter suction, etc.
