GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals has informed that the in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading period for buying or selling of Company’s shares is closed from April 01, 2016 and shall reopen on May 28, 2016 i.e. after the approval and declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2016, by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on May 25, 2016.
