Suryakrupa Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2016 at 02.00 p.m. has considered and approved the appointment of Yagnavalkya Joshi as Company Secretary under provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and pursuant to the provisions Regulation 30(6), he will also be acting as the Compliance Officer and the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
