Tata Sponge Iron board to consider dividend

Tata Sponge Iron has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter / year ending March 31, 2016. Further, at the above said Board Meeting, the Board may also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ending March 31, 2016.
