Lancor Holdings has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2016 to discuss and review current Affairs of Company. Pursuant to the ‘Lancor Holdings’- Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading in Securities and fair disclosure of unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Code), the trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and connected persons covered under the code from close of business hours of March 28, 2016 to close of business hours of April 04, 2016.
