ARSS Infrastructure Projects surges as its JV bags order worth Rs 109.27 crore

ARSS Infrastructure Projects is currently trading at Rs. 33.95, up by 1.65 points or 5.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 32.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 34.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 34.70 and Rs. 33.65 respectively. So far 35,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 58.60 on 05-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 21.50 on 25-Aug-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 34.70 and Rs. 32.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 49.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 18.86% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.06% and 81.08% respectively.

ARSS Infrastructure Projects’ JV has bagged a work order amounting to Rs 109.27 crore namely Jarapada-Budhapank with flyover at Talcher Road - 3rd & 4th line; Execution of Earth Work, Minor Bridges & Other Allied works (KM 525.133 to KM 483.047 i.e. 35.5 Km -3rd Line & 42.00 Km-4th line approximately excluding flyover portion at Talcher Road. The contract has been awarded in favour of one of the company’s Joint Venture (JV) ‘ARSS-SIPS’ by East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar on March 28, 2016.
