Alkem Laboratories informs about closure of trading window

Alkem Laboratories has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window will remain closed from March 30, 2016 until the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
