Century Textiles & Industries informs about appointment of company secretary as compliance officer

With reference to the earlier letter dated February 02, 2016 by which the Company has informed that Atul K. Kedia has been appointed as Company Secretary in place of D. K. Agrawal with effect from April 01, 2016. Century Textiles & Industries has now informed that Atul K. Kedia will also be the Compliance Officer as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in place of D. K. Agrawal with effect from the said date i.e. April 01, 2016.
